Items are normally sent from the local post office. Tracking is provided on orders over £100. The extra cost of tracking is usually not worth the expense and over the years I have had very little go missing!
The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout based on customers delivery address.
We are not required to register for VAT and so no tax additions are included.
Some countries will add a charge, often depending on the value. It is the customers responsibility to pay any such charges.
We naturally want you to be happy with your items so anything can be returned within 30 days.

As all the items are hand made they will vary and may not look exactly like the photograph
(but I would hope very close!)
It is the customers responsibility to pay for the postage.
Refunds will be made back to the method of payment used.
