We naturally want you to be happy with your items so anything can be returned within 30 days.  PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING.

Please note that the UK address is ONLY for official government correspondence and anything sent by customers will not be passed on. 

As all the items are hand made they will vary and may not look exactly like the photograph
(but I would hope very close!)

It is the customers responsibility to pay for the postage. 

Refunds will be made back to the method of payment used.
