How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

All items should be in stock so unless you ask for some specific work to be done on then before shipment they will normally be sent within 3 days of receiving payment. After that we are at the mercy of the postal services. Usually things arrive within a week but sometimes it takes longer, especially if it you are outside of Europe.

How Can I Track My Order?

Items over £100 are sent by tracked post. Please see ‘Shipping & Delivery’.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept payments either into our UK bank account or using credit/debit cards. We use the Stripe service provider to supply a secure payment system where we never see your card details.

Where Are Your Products Made?

All items are hand made in England over several years and some have been modified by us since we moved to Spain.

What Materials Are The Items Made Of?

The items are made of bronze using the ‘lost wax’ method. Other items made from Stirling silver or lead-free pewter. Some items are then silver or gold plated. All fittings are hypoallergenic as required by UK/EU regulations.
