How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?<\/p>

All items should be in stock so unless you ask for some specific work to be done on then before shipment they will normally be sent within 3 days of receiving payment. After that we are at the mercy of the postal services. Usually things arrive within a week but sometimes it takes longer, especially if it you are outside of Europe.<\/h5>

How Can I Track My Order?<\/p><\/div><\/div>

Items over \u00a3100 are sent by tracked post. Please see ‘Shipping & Delivery’.<\/h5>

We accept payments either into our UK bank account or using credit\/debit cards. We use the Stripe service provider to supply a secure payment system where we never see your card details.\u00a0<\/h5>

Where Are Your Products Made?<\/p>

All items are hand made in England over several years and some have been modified by us since.<\/h5>

What Materials Are The Items Made Of?<\/p><\/div>

The items are made of bronze using the ‘lost wax’ method. Other items made from Stirling silver or lead-free pewter. Some items are then silver or gold plated. All fittings are hypoallergenic as required by UK\/EU regulations.<\/h5><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
