Items are normally sent from the local post office. Tracking is provided on orders over \u00a3100. The extra cost of tracking is usually not worth the expense and over the years I have had very little go missing!<\/p>\n

The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout based on customers delivery address. <\/p>\n

We are not required to register for VAT and so no tax additions are included.<\/p>\n

Some countries will add a charge, often depending on the value. It is the customers responsibility to pay any such charges.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We naturally want you to be happy with your items so anything can be returned within 30 days.\u00a0<\/p>

As all the items are hand made they will vary and may not look exactly like the photograph

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?<\/p>

All items should be in stock so unless you ask for some specif work to be done on then before shipment they will normally be sent within 3 days of receiving payment. After that we are at the mercy of the postal services. Usually things arrive within a week but sometimes it takes longer, especially if it you are outside of Europe.<\/h5>

We accept payments either into our UK bank account or using credit\/debit cards. We use the Stripe service provider to supply a secure payment system where we never see your card details.\u00a0<\/h5>

Where Are Your Products Made?<\/p>

All items are hand made in England over several years and some have been modified by us since we moved to Spain.<\/h5>
